Nice Pool Area

I had a pretty average stay at this hotel. The location is good, and the rooms are clean and spacious, but the service left quite a bit to be desired. The staff didn't seem to take special occasions into account at all, which was disappointing, especially when I mentioned my kid's birthday in advance. Overall, the experience felt very standard, with nothing that made me feel like I wanted to come back again.
